There are many different reasons you may have received a letter from ICS. It may be that the verbiage on the cert is not correct, a value may be incorrect, an endorsement may be missing, a wrong date, incorrect AM best rating, non-admitted companies, etc. The reasons for you receiving a letter of non compliance are listed on the letter that was sent.

Your certificate of insurance should be mailed, faxed or emailed as advised on the letter from ICS. All information regarding your insurance certificate will be handled by ICS because we are authorized as compliance agents to track and monitor insurance certificates for the company requesting the information.

This would depend on our clients contract. The consequents could be anything from a disciplinary action to termination of your contract.
